What are the best exercises to do if you have osteoporosis besides walking for the stomach and waist?
What exercise can I do to wittle the waist and flatten the stomach. I have osteoporosis and don't want to fracture any verterbras.

- It doesn't work to "target" areas of the body, unless you are tightening muscles. A good all-around exercise would be swimming. It is very low impact and burns lots of calories. Good luck.
- The best exercise for osteoporosis is weight bearing exercise like running, walking, jogging, water aerobic exercise..... The other exercises you can do to improve your bone condition are strength training and stretching.
